Do you want to become healthier and fitter, maybe lose a few pounds, but feel completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there? Most "fitness influencers" and even some trainers will tell you how complicated it is to get back in shape and that your only chance of success is to rely on expensive supplements, elaborate fitness programs, and overwhelming meal tracking.
You know what I think? I think that's all BS! How about we focus on getting the basics straight? Simple, consistent action over a long enough period of time. That's it! No calorie counting, no super-fancy workout routines that require the balance of a gymnast and the strength of a Mr. Olympia, and no $100 shakes that have the color of vomit and taste like dog poo.

Jennifer is a social psychologist, certified personal trainer, hypnotist, and speaker. For nearly two decades, she has been helping women become happier, healthier, and more successful.

A big issue for me was that I am a stress and emotional eater. Teaching me techniques to cope with that has been a real blessing!
Now I’m addicted to taking care of myself and cutting corners just isn’t going to work anymore. I feel stronger and more knowledgeable about workouts and excited when I add more weight to my exercise or exceed the reps on a set. I get a special kind of high challenging myself to show up for every workout and crush it!

Although I felt I needed a trainer, I knew I was pretty fragile at the time and was not sure if I could handle a tough gym rat person. Jen was exactly what I needed. We discussed what I felt were my roadblocks before she developed a plan. But when I needed support more than a trainer, she was that. She listens. And she challenges you to listen to yourself. But then she challenges me in my workouts as well, big time!
I am so much stronger now! I can go for an extended walk or bike ride at a challenging pace. I can row 100 pounds. My weight is down 50 pounds, and I’m not stopping here. My confidence extends beyond my profession. Things are getting better and better.
Before I started working with Jen I had a pretty negative view of myself, and I was really frustrated. I knew what I was doing wasn’t working, but I also had a hard time letting go of my misguided beliefs about diet and exercise.
Since I started working with Jen I have been so much happier! I really feel like I’m making meaningful, lasting changes in my life.
